Situation
At the previous day's prom at the Daigo residence, Yuu Daigo was struck by love at first sight with a mysterious girl. However, she had to leave early for some reason and only left one of her shoes behind. This is the reason why Kogoro Mouri and Conan Edogawa are at the mansion to help their client find the client’s destined love.
There are two issues:
- Kogoro cannot rely on Yuu's "artistic talent" to find the identity of the mysterious girl.
- This mysterious girl seems to be hiding something.
The reason to raise doubt onto the girl is that when Yuu was discussing some matters with the secretary over a call, there were certain terms that we can associate with legal matters that might have made the mysterious girl afraid:
- Docket equals to List of Cases.
- Chamber equals the Judge’s Office.
- Paper can be inferred to the Police Report according to the context of the call.
Ironically, that doubt becomes reality when the pocket watch handed down from Yuu's father disappears, most likely stolen by that mysterious girl. So the thief is reported to the police and is now handled by Miwako Sato and Wataru Takagi. There is a silver lining in every misfortune, Yuu finally knows the name of the mysterious girl, Reira Made. But will Yuu find the silver lining of just pure bad luck from misfortune?
