@KtPT: Yes you do. An adult needs 8 hours of sleep, younger needs 10. This is the requirement for a healthy lifestyle. Currently, it is around 3:30 AM where you are. Tomorrow/Today (lucky for you) is a Saturday. You can sleep in, but you won't be able to get 10 hours of sleep. The time between 11-3 AM are crucial times for sleep as it is when you get the rest you need. Considering you have a headache, you need a longer period of time of rest so that you can recover. You can't "make up" sleep either. Then let's go into your weekly schedule. You sleep at around 1-2 AM and wake up at around 7 to be able to go to school. That's only 5-6 hours. None of us want you sick and if you do get sick, it's just going to get worse if you continue. So...sleep.
