I think they know.... Since they were offering Ai to be under the WPP, they should've known that she was an ex-member who turned into a kid. An since they also know that this is top secret and Conan is helping Ai,...

I think Jodie don't know but find it hard to believe Conan is Shinichi... It's likely she don't want to know as her theory or truth will be deny by Conan.

Dont think she knows. She might suspect that Conan is not a regular kid, but she do not have any evidences yet that Conan is Shinichi. So at this point in time, at most she is suspicious of Conan, but she doesnt know about his secret. Since Okiya Subaru(whom im assuming is Akai) is still in suspicion stage that Conan is Shinichi, it is highly unlikely that Jodie (whom i think is not as smart as AKai) will know.
