Pilaf Posted June 22, 2014 Report Posted June 22, 2014 Have you noticed that DC is "timeless"? Almost twenty years ago, mobiles were bricks, cars were all round and Professor's computer had a huge CRT monitor. with a blink of eyes, you can jump straight to the latest file or anime episode... Smartphones and notebooks will certainly appear, but the feeling you have is that both cases occurred in a time space fo two weeks. Don't you feel the same curiosity about the end!? Don't you think... no matter the B.O. arc is finished, DC should continue!? Will you miss DC if it is ended? So... those arer my motivations to still read the files and watch the anime every week.
Kirsch Posted July 7, 2014 Report Posted July 7, 2014 Perseverance! And because I'm a loyal fan, I just love EVERTHING about it, and I can't wait for the ending. Actually, I want to know the ending but make it non-canon so the series would continue (like OVA 10 but more conclusive). I NEVER WANT IT TO END! <---- proof of my die-hardness right there XD
KaitouZ Posted July 13, 2014 Report Posted July 13, 2014 I think its because "Anokata". It makes me curios.
A.Haibara Posted July 14, 2014 Report Posted July 14, 2014 Patience is a virtue~ ^-^ So I will catch up on DC!
chongjasmine Posted August 8, 2014 Report Posted August 8, 2014 I enjoy the series very much. I love conan and I like Ran. I will watch it until its ending.
Kenzi Posted August 8, 2014 Report Posted August 8, 2014 --I continue to watch it because it allows me to relive some of my childhood memories (especially some of the older episodes). Seriously, it's such a classic. --I also like how there aren't many cliffhangers between episodes (unless you want to include cases that are spread throughout multiple episodes). I like this characteristic since it doesn't make me feel compelled to mindlessly continue watching the show trying to find out what happens next. Even if I do have to quit watching in the middle of a case, it's not a life-threatening situation for me to want to know how they solve it, lol. Many people find this weird that I kinda enjoy the fact that the plot moves slowly (a little too slow for my taste), but it prevents me from being distracted from my schoolwork. Which is why I consider this my "leisure" anime (I would consider other anime such as Shingeki or Mirai Nikki to be "plot" anime, where I would have to watch it for hours on end before being satisfied). --And, like everyone else, I also watch it for the ending.
darkest absol Posted August 18, 2014 Report Posted August 18, 2014 I've come so far with catching up, why should I stop now? I'm with everyone else on the ending thing as well.
knpce Posted August 24, 2014 Report Posted August 24, 2014 Because I'm curious about the ending, and because I just can't stop!
