Ok, everyone (I mean the audience when I say everyone) knew that Ran was in love with Shinichi after he "disappeared." However, later in the series, it is revealed that she subconsciously knew that she was in love with Shinichi. Can someone help jog my memory and tell me what episode that occurred in?

It was after the New York case, in the manga after she wakes up in bed she remembers everything from New York and then hints thats when "Shinichi became so"
