さすガ
草薙素子ね...
Sasu ga kusanagi motoko ne...

jimmy_kud0_tv: "As expected of Kusanagi Motoko" ...

Another Ghost in the Shell reference it seems... - I wonder how many times Gosho has made the reference to the Major so far. He really wants to hammer it into our skulls  :P

Jimmy, when was that picture uploaded? Somehow I stopped checking regularly on this, I think we missed a few. Current one is from 2nd of April.

Edit: Actually maybe we haven’t missed anything… need the date on that one, though.

March 25th for the one from 953

I think someone just forgot to post the one for 954, but it was translated by Spimer over on the cbox. We haven't missed anything that I'm aware of.

(uploaded image to wiki already)

how would one translate "kabe don" without giving a full explanation of it?

.... Gosho, I can't believe you went there.    -___________________________-

Kabe don = "Wall bam" in English. It's basically a slang term for that trapping-someone-with-one-hand-against-the-wall pose that doesn't make sense without cultural knowledge. Jimmy, you might try "Akai trapping Scotch against the wall (heart)"

The romaji is "Hayaku mekucchaeba inoni..."

Hayaku = hurry

mekucchaeba = turn or tear/strip off

inoni = I wish

From this translation, I'm getting:

"I wish he would hurry up and turn it(the high collar) down..."

ii noni

there are two " i " kana ( いい )

" ii " is a word itself and the "no" and "ni" are particles

I know the wiki has this thing where they remove the double vowels

in the romaji, but there are some words you just can't do that for

because it makes some things change

Does it still mean what I claimed it did? If not, then what does it mean?
