If you know where they're from, you should probably know what time it is where they live, and even then it shouldn't only take you a few seconds to figure it out. And if you don't know where they from, then as Kyuu said, there's probably a reason~

I don't really see the point...I mean, if you know where they live isn't it obvious what their timezone is? And if you don't know, as said above, there's probably a reason.
