If I'm older, say 14, I'll be 24 and working. If I'm 16 or 17 it'll be similar but I might have a novel published (under a penname of course) and might have a family, though I somewhat doubt that.

It's a conditional statement... p represents a hypothesis and q represents a conclusion. And the converse is when you flip it: If q, then p.
