But "LADIES AND GENTLEMEN" is from the 3rd movie.

When 1.)solving a computer programming problem. 2.)watching/reading another mystery story. 3.)watching another show about logic. 4.)intensive & extensive research about something 5.)I found a connection between different things

I can't describe her in one word. She's intelligent, mysterious and cool. But I'll try my best to describe her in ooooone creative word - "intelligent-mysterious-cool". Whew!

Edited : 12-08-10 Here's what I like about him. 1.)He's type of work frees him from the restrainig rules of a goverment. He has no jurisdiction like batman the dark knight infiltrating other national territories.[An official detective has to deal the w/ the rules that sometimes restrain him/her for doing his job efficiently&effectively, that's why great detectives breaks the rules sometimes] 2.)He has no responsibility like the official detectives since he's a freelancer. 3.)He has a cool cardgun w/c mimics Hisuka's ability. Bullets are never a problem since cards are readily available. 4.)He lives up to his nickname phantom as he can go to everywhere, appearing and disappearing in a short notice or nothing at all. 5.)He utilizes science to create creative magic tricks and apply it as if it was a real spell. And exceptionally uses tricks that he learned from someone like his father. 6.)The devices/materials that he uses are readily available, contrary to other thiefs that relies advance and sophisticated technologies that you can't always access or you can't at all. 7.)What's even cooler is that he's a detective disguising as a thief or switch to either of the two as he wishes. 8.)His abilities makes an impression that he has supernatural abilities.[Like in Conan vs Kaito episode: It's like he used a shinigami's flash step]

I'm really confused of what is my favorite character. However, in terms of "concept and style of work" I go for phantomthief, since he has no jurisdiction-he can be anywhere w/out the tedious rules of the government. Also, he's like a "detective disguised as a thief" as demonstrated in Magic Lover's Club Case, Movie 10 and others. He need not worry about the huge responsibilities of an official detective. He's like batman or spiderman operating in secrecy. In terms of abilities and character, it would be Shinichi. His deductions are as fast as intuitions, different in many ways to his fellow smart friends and enemies. In terms of career, I would go to Yusaku Kudo - a famous novelist.

Here's the topic: Just write the moves you see on Detective Conan you think is the more cool or you are likely most entertained or something like that. There are many of them, so probably you'd be confused, just like me. The way Kid executes his plans by disguising himself as Saguru Hakuba in the 10th movie:Private Eyes' Requiem is one hell of a move. But I don't rate it the best, because honestly, I don't know what is the best. Or I will never know forever. I just chose it, cause I'm simply deeply amazed.

That's quite interesting but tough question. Based on one view I don't really have a list but based on another view, this is my list. 1.)Yu-Gi-Oh! GameOfDarkness;DuelMonsters (cool mind games, intelligent inferences) 2.)Hunter X Hunter (revolutionary kind of adventure;adventures feels like unlimited) 3.)Detective Conan (logical reasoning/deduction amazes me) 4.)Detective Academy Q (logical reasoning/deduction amazes me) 5.)One Piece (unlimited adventure; full of comedies(comedies is one of the main reasons I like animes); the adventure's impression is like a sibling of hunter x hunter) 6.)Get Backers (jagan, quick akabane and ban) 7.)Rurouni Kenshin (wicked cool super-speed swordsman) 8.)Death Note (mind games) 9.)Lupin III (art of the masterthief; multi-type adventure) 10.Shaman King (calm yoh; adventure)

In my theory, the reason why Conan can't caught him is that there is something far more deep on Kid's acts. Even though he is a thief, he is acting a detective as well, just like in episode 219 or movie 3 or movie 10. He is far more than just an intelligent thief. If the police happens to caught him, that means losing an exceptional detective rather than defeating an elusive thief.

"Perfect plans dont exist. There will always something interfering. If your too bound to that, something or everything will go wrong". Even if you reset to the beginning, compensating for what you've lost relies on you. From the 10th movie: Private Eyes' Requiem while talking to main enemy.

Kaito kid identifies Conan as Shinichi in the 3rd movie [although I think Kid just stumbled the phone conversation accidentally]. And there he finds the phone conversation pretty weird for a kid. The way Conan talks on the phone is not like an elementary grader. And confirms it even further from the way he deduce things from the murder case and why he knows and understands high-level infos - Kid got it all with just few clues.

This is probably one of the favorites of DC fans. Probably. The creative way of assembling the great detectives on a creative plot is quite new - an avant-garde. It's as if I'm eating a new type of ice cream on a hot summer day though actually i've watched it overnight.

The scene while conan chases kid on the city skyscrapers is awesome.

Whew! that's a tough question since i love all of the movies. However, i would choose 6th: phantom of baker street or 8th:magician of the silver sky or the 10th: private eye's requiem.
