You need to play Ace Attorney. Play all of them, trust me, it's worth it. Don't just take my word for it though; our very own mods Black Demon and Chekhov are fans of the series. And by new Phoenix Wright game, do you mean Dual Destinies? Ehhhh, it's not the best idea to play the demo of a game that's the fifth installment of a main series (with an overarching plot no less), but it doesn't spoil much unless you read too deeply into it. Definitely start with the first game, Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney for the DS.

OMM1: School is pretty much done. Monday is for practicing graduation, Tuesday I'm skipping school, and Wednesday seniors are exempt and the ceremony is in the afternoon. It's so surreal to have nothing to do except watch anime and get hyped for E3. Is this what it means to be happy?? OMM2: Attended AnimeNEXT yesterday and a bit today. On Friday I waited in a long line outside to pre-register and then spent a couple of hours inside looking at overpriced merchandise and artwork. I probably should have went to some panels, but for my first anime convention I did alright. Walked around so long my knees hurt like the devil. Heck, my joints are so stiff from standing I won't even be able to take my weekly Saturday jog. Oh well, after being indecisive and honestly overwhelmed by the sounds and sights, I walked out with a Kiritsugu and a Kirei figurine, the former for me and the latter for my brother. OMM3: Speaking of AnimeNEXT, the FLOW concert was pretty exciting. I only know them from Code Geass's opening, but they've apparently worked with Naruto and Eureka Seven. COLORS wasn't performed as good as I had hoped (RIP jibun wo) but some of their songs that I didn't recognize were sung really well. The music was way too loud though, and I think my ears lost a few years. I also think my innards vibrated so hard with the soundwaves, my spleen flipped upside down. The best part of the concert was when it looked like it was over, but then they came back on the stage and sang a cover of Linked Horizon's "Guren no Yumiya". That's right, goddamn SnK's first opening of all things. It was the first and only time I got chills during that concert. Well played FLOW, well played. They seem like a chill group of guys. OMM4: (These are just separate paragraphs for the same OMM now...) Today I was only at AnimeNEXT for a little bit. I just wanted to hang out with some junior friends of mine that I probably won't see in real life ever again, so I didn't buy anything. My legs still hurt from the day before, so I didn't mind leaving early. Not to mention, I wanted to watch UBW, so... I won't be coming back on Sunday for the Elisa concert because Nintendo has a lot of pre-E3 things they're going to be streaming all day tomorrow and I don't want to miss it. Speaking of which... OMM5: There was a MASSIVE Smash 4 leak this morning and the community just blew up. DO NOT Google or YouTube anything Smash related until tomorrow's mini-Direct, because you will be massively and unrelentingly spoiled until you feel empty and hollow inside. If you don't mind, then knock yourself out and spoil yourself for all that it's worth. OMM6: Oh yeah, and it was insanely hot this past week. Who needs A/C in 95 degree F weather? Our school sure don't! Thank God I'm leaving this hellhole.

Working'!! Pretty much the same as the first season, so there's not too much to say. The animation is about the same but there's an improvement in the lighting, coloring, and shading. I liked it a tad better than the first season as the characters are finally starting to grow on me. I'm still kind of upset they're shafting the best character, Maya Matsumoto, to cameo status most of the time. Oh well, the rest of the cast is alright, I guess. I'm not super hyped about the third season, but I'm certain it'll be at least a fun, casual watch. Resuming Toradora, and it's kind of meh for now. We'll see how it develops.

After haircuts, 95% of the time my hair is too short, 4% of the time it's just right, and 1% of the time it's too long. Speaking of which, my hair is such a struggle. I think I've mentioned this before, but when my hair is short it's relatively straight, and as it gets longer it starts to bend and look wavy, and once it gets really long those curves bend over themselves and I have curly locks. Because my hair consists of short, medium, and long length strands all at once, it's exceedingly difficult to maintain. This morning though, I managed to wake up and get it neatened out in record time! Gee, it would be great if today weren't a Sunday and I actually had plans to go out. Working!! Picked this up once a third season was announced, and I'll be finishing the second before the third one starts airing in a few weeks. It's kind of fun, but also pretty average. The animation is clean and consistent, the art is easy on the eyes, and the characters generally manage to break out of the stereotypical molds that you'd expect but maintain a sense of familiarity. The humor and jokes aren't nearly as fast paced and crazy as the opening makes them out to be, and I don't think I've laughed once yet. It's a bit of a struggle to binge-watch, but I'm sure I'd like it more if I had the time to space out episodes. Unfortunately because of the time limit I had set myself regarding the airing of season three, I've been watching more episodes per day than I'd like. Oh well, maybe the third season will be better paced considering I'll be watching episodes the moment they air, of course. I'll be posting how I feel about the second season once I finish it.

Never watched K, but I've heard mixed things about it. You do know there's a movie out (K: Missing Kings) that's a sequel to the original series and a second season (K: Return of Kings) that will be airing in October, right? I wouldn't exactly say it's ending just yet.

Yoooooo wuuuuuuut?! I thought I was the only one who did that and was weird for it! I guess I'm not alone after all (though that doesn't necessarily mean I'm still not weird). Seriously though, the small of air conditioning is amazing; more people have to get there faces right up to those vents and really squint into the darkness. Ah, I used to wear watches and get watch tans all the time, until my favorite watch broke and I have since never worn one. Sigh, RIP in pepper jack cheese, watch that looked cool but always fell behind a minute every week. Jersey was hit with a cold front just yesterday as well, in fact. It was a bit on the cool side on Monday, but then on Tuesday it dropped to the low 60s. And it rained on the way back home, so it wasn't as enjoyable as I thought it would be (and not just because the wind snapped my umbrella in half). Because after the success that was FE: Waifu Simulator, the producers wanted to make sure their next games catered even further to their newfound weeb demographic, thus FE: Waifu Simulator Incest Edition will be featuring the petting and fondling of people with plastic sticks. Furthermore, a push was made to get the game on Oculus Rift for maximum immersion, to which Miyamoto replied, "Go home, you're drunk... But the stick idea isn't so bad." -- OMM: Everyone's reking scrubs in Splatoon while I envious and impatiently watch my competition grow stronger and smarter by the day. It hasn't even been a week, and I already feel so out of the strategic loop. This fanbase in ink-sploding so fast, it's insane.

To me, there's no such thing as A/C that's too strong. Nothing beats just sitting or standing in front of the air conditioning vent and letting the chilly air hit your face. And just, not doing anything else. It's a massive waste of time, and I've probably gotten myself sick doing this a couple of times, but damn it's an amazing thing. Oh geez, I tan really easily but don't lose my tans very fast. My body is defined by weird tan lines year round, ahah. cuz Fire Emblem "Amie" -- OMM: A ton of people were on the gov trip, so most of my classes were pretty empty. Would have liked to say my day was a good one, but this humidity is still slaying me.

I dunno, graduate school is getting pretty popular nowadays. So it's more like school for 12 years, college for 4 more years, then you work until you pay off your debt, then you go back to college for another 4 years, then you work until you die. Cool.

Definitely find the motivation to watch it soon. Kenzi would agree, since she's the one who got me to watch it in the first place.

OMM: My pre-ordered Splatoon game shipped and I received the promised Inkling Mii Fighter Costumes from GameStop. I also just secured the Inkling amiibo 3-pack from Amazon. I absolutely cannot wait to get my hands on this and play it for the first time only to ignore it after summer break because my parents won't let me bring my Wii U with me to college.

OMM: Man, this 90+% humidity is really something, isn't it? Why doesn't my school have A/C?? Shouldn't high 80s (F) and near 100% humidity be like, I dunno, illegal for an educational facility??? if a kid passed out and was sent to the hospital, maybe something would have changed actually, a bet a kid did pass out, but the nurses at my school just covered it up sounds like something they'd do, no joke

Ah yeah, country isn't exactly my favorite genre either. I'm open to all songs, sort of, but I can only take about one country song a day, max. Songs about relationships are pretty annoying, and it doesn't help that that's what Taylor Swift almost exclusively sings about.
