  1. Welcome to DCW! Glad you made the decision to join this absolutely wonderful place. I'll see you around, I assume?
  2. I read a few chapters here and there. And I just want to say this: neither this nor the anime deliver what I'm looking for.
  3. Active != highest average post count. Especially if the posts in question are highly spammy and/or very, very short like "yeah". :V @aico: I won't hurt you. I'm not scary.
  4. Blizzard? No wai.
  5. My opinion on this has changed. I think we're fine with the 0_0 and other emoticons.
  6. Mohovie? :V I don't mind, but mind telling me how you came up with that?

  7. You could say that...if you don't consider me, Aeyra, Chelsea, CarpetCrawler, Monsi, and a bunch of other people. :V
  8. I'm not that scary.
  9. And welcome back!
  10. Ah, I see. I'm not, just to clear things up.

  11. Yes? :V
  12. No, I'm not. :V Why are you asking?

  13. I noticed a little late. :V You can keep the rant.
  14. Although, yes, "Anti-LHC" sounds antagonistic to LHC (and also like the creation of a lazy person :V), if LHC is out of commission, there is no reason to stop the creation of an Anti-LHC. And let me go off on a tangent here: Clubs should be made for a reason, an explicit reason, and they should stand. If you're going to make a club or what not, YOU are the one responsible regarding that club. If it dies, it dies. LHC died because of a lack of management and mostly, a loss of interest. When the administration loses interest, the club withers. Back to the subject at hand, and this is now delving into my opinion: I am actually incensed by the number of people saying that "I won't love anyone". And I have a feeling this group of people are either 1) stubbornly clinging onto past memories or 2) thinking "I won't love anyone" sounds cool. Now, don't get me wrong here. I'm not trying to insult the people who are members of LHC, I am stating what I am observing. But, not only do I feel there is no reason against an Anti-LHC, I believe there is a reason FOR an Anti-LHC. Although people aren't required to love someone, we can at least stop people from saying "I won't love anyone". I went back on a tangent there, so let me get to the topic on hand. Yes, naming the movement Anti-LHC sounds antagonistic. However, if you consider this: Lonely Hearts Club. That could potentially be antagonistic to people, to what people, I don't know, but there are people who would consider the Lonely Hearts Club to be detriminal. The idea of LHC itself is rather odd: As you said, it is about lifting people from past incidents. Well, we can do that here, in the What's on your Mind. However, the idea Conia has, this idea of Anti-LHC, it cannot be done in this topic. And with that, I conclude my half on, half off topic, rambling, tangent rant. EDIT: I should have made it clear that I'm arguing for an Anti-LHC, but I'm not necessarily supporting the name.
  15. If LHC is dead inactive, I see no reason for concern. And honestly, the Lonely Hearts Club wasn't used very well, methinks, although it served its purpose.
  16. "Well, this is certainly an odd meeting." The voice came from one of the people at the table. Rex, who happened to be seated farthest away from the door, stretched a bit and said, "I honestly have to agree. Who would expect that the leader of the Scarlet Riders," he pointed at a girl throwing a knife like a baton, "the chief of the Skull," and pointed to a muscled man with a shotgun tied to his chair, "the leader of the Brigade," he said, pointing at a young teen with sunglasses (and the speaker from earlier), "me, and the leader of the Bunker Boys would work together? Not me." He threw up his hands in the air, then looked around and said, "Come to think of it, Mark isn't here, is he?" The leader of the Scarlet Riders caught her knife in midair and remarked, "I thought he died on death row. Which was a shame, but meant less competition." She resumed throwing her knife. The chief of the Skull grunted. "I hated that guy. Always acting smug and superior because he was from the Organization. I wanted to empty a few rounds into him so, so badly." Just then, the door flew open, and Mark, holding an umbrella, walked into the room, earning a deadly look from the chief of the Skull, which Mark payed no attention to. He took the empty seat which happened to be next to Rex and the door. He folded his umbrella - "Sorry, it was raining a little while ago" - and sat down. "Hey, guys. Did I miss anything?" Rex sighed, then said, "Always late as usual. No, you didn't. We were about to get started." "Alright, good." Mark cleared his throat, then began, "Look, the Organization's been a problem ever since it showed up. It's interfering with each of our interests, and we are losing members to the Organization day by day." "We can't handle the Organization alone. With over 1,000 agents, we'll be screwed if we tried individual efforts. So, what I'm saying here is...let's work together." The leader of the Scarlet Riders stopped throwing her knife once again, but this time placed it away in a sheath on her belt. "You are asking me, who has been the leader of a rival group, to join forces against the Organization?" The chief of the Skull grunted. "I'd be happier dying then working with you." The leader of the Brigade stood up, and said, "Now look. We've been rivals for a while. We've had territory wars going way back. But now there's a bigger threat here. If we don't stand together, we will fall divided." He sat back down. The chief of the Skull sighed. "True...but...with him?" Mark shrugged. "Beats me. If you want out of this deal, then go ahead and leave. I won't mind." There was silence. Then the chief of the Skull said, with a hint of reluctance, "I'll work with you." The leader of the Brigade nodded in agreement. The leader of the Scarlet Riders said, "Well, this seems like a plan worth going for. I'm in." Rex nodded. Mark smiled. "Good. Very good. Yes." "Now...for business. If we operated as seperate groups, we'd crumble. Yes, we work together, but that won't help. Let's merge our groups together, temporarily." The leader of the Brigade nodded. "Stragetically wise." The chief of the Skull grunted, and in a rare moment, smiled, and then said, "What's next, the sky falling," but his attitude told Mark that he was in. The leader of the Scarlet Riders quipped, "Hear, hear." She paused, then said, "Yeah, I'm in." Rex said, "So am I." "Alright. From now on...this unified group will be called..." "The Axis."
