Well, he is in the trailer and wants to buy the van Gogh painting, so I would assume his appearance will be comparable to the one in Movie 14. The game they play is this: Jirokichi wants capturing Kid to be the crowing achievement for his biography, because Kid stole his headline when he flew around the world alone in a plane or something, but because a Kid heist took the frontpage, Jirokichi was relegated page three. Seeing as Jirokichi collected art during his lifetime anyway, he now focusses on gems to bait Kid to have opportunities to capture him. And yeah, he sucks at actually capturing Kid, but so does almost everyone. For this movie he didn't intend to bait Kid though, he just wanted to collect the seven sunflower paintings for a magnificient exhibition. So, it's not your usual Kid-Jirokichi-Conan game (if you couldn't already guess from the crashing planes, exploding caves and a beat-up Ran).

Ugh, next up is Miraculous Midair Walk. God, why did they have to choose the worst Kaito Kid case from DC to be included in 1412? Even Teleportation Magic was better and that wasn't that good either. Oh well, I'll just be more excited for Green Dream in two weeks, that manga chapter has the potential to be a really awesome episode.

Sometimes the writer tries to be too melodramatic and the portrayal of Haibara is a bit off, but overall I didn't regret reading it.

First came across the German Dub between 2004-2006 on TV, when a channel called RTLII had their anime afternoon from 13:00 - 17:00 (Dragonball, Ranma, YuGiOh and stuff). Didn't follow after German Dub ended, came back in the beginning of 2014 out of curiosity and now I'm loving it

Genta. The way he is always giving Conan a hard time annoys me. Just seems like he is envious because Conan is smarter and more popular (especially with Ayumi). Sometimes Sonoko puts me off, but it happens irregularly. I think it's mostly when she is overly mean with the kids and Conan in particular. Also disliked Eisuke for quite some time, but when I rewatched his episodes recently, I realized he not as bad as I remembered him to be. Although his exit from the series still irks me.
