Where Ai has a similar history to that of Shinichi and has a similar intellect, Ran is able to keep Shinichi grounded. Shinichi and Ai have great compatability as friends, but as anything else they are terrible for each other. Shinichi and Ran on the other hand, compliment each other VERY well. Soo.... my vote goes to Ran.

Welcome welcome welcome! Have some punch! (I promise, we didn't poison it!) Oh geeze... what year was it when I started Conan?? ...What year did it start running on Adult Swim? ...2004? Since then. That would be... well crap. 11 years. Then again I took a fairly extensive haitus from the fandom, one that was at least 8 years long. The series always kept a special place in my heart, but it wasn't until recently that I rediscovered exactly what it was about the series that made me fall in love. Looking forward to catching up on everything that I missed!

Holy crap. I just edited my details, and man. That info was old. My url was my old MYSPACE page! WHAT??? Anyway. xD I've lately been re-reading the manga (up to volume 22 atm) and I've been coming to this site a lot to reveiw the important information, mostly to see what kind of foreshadowing Gosho Aoyama has set into the series and try to deduce some answers to questions the fandom has been toiling over. Forgot just how much I loved this series and I'm really glad to be back! Even happier that the "chibillama" here was ACTUALLY me. xD (Darnit, I AM the llama!! Nobody can take that from me!)
