I want to comment on the Professor Agasa theory being the boss of BO. He can not the the boss because in episode 345 Sharon/Vermont received a mail from their boss saying "I have given you to much freedom. Come back to me now" and Vermont is the boss' favorite and she has been with the boss probably in America for a long time. This means it is impossible for Professor Agasa to be the boss of BO.
