But Shinichi does have his issues to bring to the table, too... Neither couple would really work out in the married life. Shinichi married to Ran: Shinichi- I just solved the best case EVAR today, Ran! Ran- Shinichi... where is Junior? Shinichi-.... O_O Their Kid- *Just sitting at the park all alone as tons of death and explosions surround him*.... Dad forgot to pick me up again. =.= Conan/Shinichi married to Ai/Shiho: Shinichi- Remember Junior, the people's safety comes first. You always put the civilians first. I voted suicide/accident for Gin but I couldn't decide between that or killed by another character. I can see him backing up at the top of BO headquarters just enough so that he accidently falls back to his death or I can see Conan having no choice (for whatever reason) but to point the gun at Gin's head/heart and shoot. For Vermouth I find that Black demon's fate for her would be most fitting. As she makes a final monologue of course. XD

I honestly prefer him to Conan- even though there are... strange amounts of similarities. Keima has (surprise surprise) CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT and actually CARES about the girls he conquers! He's even realizing the consequences of his actions and how he's been tricking ALL of these girls to fall in love with him. Conan... Conan is just an @$$! D:

I'd be inclined to disagree with that but I agree with what you said about Haibara. I don't think Ran loves him. I think it's just a crush. They are only teenagers, first of all, second of all... oh I had my argument for this somewhere... now where did it go? XD

She's alright, I won't complain if he ends up with her. I figured that if she didn't remember anything then she would have already liked him. That was the only explanation. XD Oh I can't wait till the next update. I love triangles! What do you think about where the story may be headed to?

Yeah. I honestly, as an observer, would still stay an "I'm in love with you and you love me back! ADMIT IT D^^N YOU! D:<" would be the best way to go with this one. I don't think sh'es bad. I think she's playing for either side. Since she already seems like an "enemy" to Keima it would be more surprising if she were on his side or undecided. What do you think?

You bet! x3 She is! Ayumi probably feels bad. I think she thinks that Keima is trying to play her (if I remember correctly, Ayumi has participated in teasing him) like he "played" Chihiro or she thinks he genuinely has feelings for her and she feels that it would be wrong of her to just accept him with Chihiro broken like that. (I would do the same. I'd go crazy on him and avoid him even if I liked him. You just don't date a boy who broke your friend's heart. Especially one as close as Chihiro is.) She probably wants to make it up to Chihiro and feels as though she's patching things up with her as of the moment.

Oh don't you people just love it when somebody thinks that they're important when in reality they seem like a nobody behind a computer who thinks they're important BECAUSE they're on so often and they have a title? =w= Oh I love these people very very much. But they make me enjoy friends and friendly people all the more. Reading a forum focused around TWGOK. I love these arguments already. =w=

Well we're supposed to switch it up. Which means finding ways that people are like any of the characters. But if you just post who you think someone is without an explanation they are left wondering why that character. That's why it's important to post why you think that they're that character too. Eventually, though, we will all run out of characters because a) the manga will end the characters will stop coming. But luckily there are many different reasons for somebody to think you are a certain character, so... XD It's okay. When that happens to me I tend to go to their profile and stalk them for a little while before I come back with a first impression. XD

So yes. Once again, I think you're Megumi. :grin: Haibara is your Conan. XD

Yeah. But if I were the DB- more specifically Ayumi, I would feel like I wasn't enough to make him stay. He didn't care enough about me to even hesitate to swallow the pill. I would be heartbroken. Heck, I would make sure he KNEW that it hurt and that it wasn't the same as it used to be. He would have to seriously work his butt off to get my attention again. I doubt she'll end up with Genta. There has been no character development between the two. The closest it gets is Ayumi scolding him like she's his mom. They haven't had those precious moments between Ayumi and Conan where he grabbed her hand or pulled her by her shoulders or something to the color of that. (I have no doubt in my mind Haibara will end up with Mitsuhiko. No doubt whatsoever. Period. It's to the point where I'd say it even comes close to canon.) LMAO! XD Yeah. Gosho is the master of surprise. Another way to end it would be for Shinichi and Ran to attempt a relationship only to separate when they leave highschool and he decides to return to being Conan or the "antidote" wears off and he ends falling for Ayumi. Yeah. xD I like the sound of that, actually. LOL Yeah, hope your hand feels better.

I personally despise the idea of him staying friend with the DB as Shinichi. It isn't the same. Conan-kun is their friend. Not Kudo-kun. Splitting them up would be the best way to give Ayumi and Ran a happy ending. It would be the best way to end things, in my opinion. That's how I feel about that ending. XD Ayumi has real feelings for him and it should not be taken so lightly is all. Ayumi deserves to have her prince, too. And that's Conan-kun.

I loved the movie- I'm one of the biggest DB fans you will EVER meet. (I am not such a big fan of Genta... he's okay. He's close to making one of the top characters on my list.) The movie was adorable. But when Conan opened his mouth to give them friendship advice I wanted to slap him silly. He has no right to give friendship advice when he's hardly a real friend to them in the first place. > Pot calling the kettle black there, Edogawa! Take your own advice! DX The last scene wasn't very ShinRan to me. It was more like a big sister little brother kind of deal. More family-oriented than romantic. (Yeshh....) All in all I think it was a wonderful movie. I want there to be more DB focused movies. Ran, Conan and Haibara get enough attention. XD I wanna see them solve a case all on their own. Literally. I'd like to see them save Conan or Haibara for once. (But I'd prefer that to be canon.)

And it's with that potential I'm sure Gosho won't let us down! *Holds up glass* To MitsuAi and AyuCon! XD

I wouldn't agree based on several moments but yes. They are like Sonic and Amy. :grin: I've brought that up before in another thread- not that anybody agreed with me. I love Sonamy and I support it all the way- and there are SO many similarities between the two. Ayumi's name in Case Closed is Amy. Ayumi wears a headband. Ayumi likes girly things. She chases Conan. She calls Conan her boyfriend. Conan wears red and blue. He's a hero. He reacts the same way Sonic does to Amy to Ayumi. He's cocky. He always makes sure that his friends are safe. Then if you look at all of the Sonamy moments in video games and Sonic X and the like I think many can see exactly why it seems like Gosho will try and give everybody INCLUDING Ayumi (which means him staying as Conan or Shinichi and Conan separating) a happy ending. They're just too cute and it just works too well! I don't think he'll leave ShinRan behind- but I seriously doubt he'll leave AyuCon behind as well. ^0^
