hmm sometimes Sera/Ran/Sonoo or the Db are more useful to solve mysteries than the police/the FBI or Kogoro

Ai isn't there for the romance...

Ran is a nice character,I really liked her in the begining,but since DC is a very long manga, I think she became a bit more boring than she used to. I'm sad that her main purpose is to be the hero's lover,but well she's not that bad. It's just there are other characters that I find more interesting and realistic. Also crying isn't a bad thing...but at this point I'm not moved when Ran cries,mostly because Shinichi only disappeared for 1 year,and he still call her very often,she saw him in person several times,so sometimes I can't understand Ran's sadeness.It's not like Shinichi is dead. But she is a nice character,I love her interactions with Sonoko,and with Ai,(too bad Gosho doesn't focus enough on their friendship)

yeah you're right... I just wished she had some interaction with Okiya,but I guess we'll see that in the manga,which is better in a way. But Ai was weird,OOC in that movie,I didn't like that.But well it was Akai's movie so they focused more on him,and the FBI.

I only liked the Okiya/Akai moments...and also it was cute when Okiya left flowers for Sera in the hospital...at least he cares for her sister even if he can't tell her anything. But I was sad there wasn't enough Haibara in that movie.

@Cocoa:LOL don't worry about that,it happens to me all the time^^ concerning your theory I agree it's realistic and I don't see many things that would go against it.But it's hard for me to imagine that Akai doesn't know her mother had a sister,same thing for Akemi.And also that would come out of nowhere,and I don't like that.But I agree with you it's very possible.

Many people think the same,but personally I don't like it.That would mean Akai and Akemi were cousins... I prefer the theory about Amuro's mom and Sera's mother being sisters.

but as I said Gosho confirmed Yukiko isn't one of the sister,so Sera's mom is the sister of someone else,excluding Yukiko.

hmm actually in a more recent interview Gosho suggested that Yukiko isn't the second sister,but Sera's mom is probably one of the sister.

I think it's the contrary,the fact that Gosho says that means Yamato isn't Rum.It's Gosho's style to post things like that in order to mislead the readers.

I'm so sad we won't get spoilers this friday,but later...we still have to wait for monday now. I wonder if it's temporary of not. I feel like things are getting worse every week....

After watching the mystery train case,I noticed that Haibara said,when she thinks about her mother's tapes,she said "I'm sorry mom,I didn't understand that this drug shouldn't be made".So if Ai stays as a child using that drug that would be contradictory to her conviction.The APTX isn't something good,at least the purpose isn't good,so I don't see Ai growing up again using that drug that was the reason why her parents left her and Akemi.It seems just wrong for me to use the APTX just to "enjoy" childhood again,while it killed so many people. She could live a happy life without staying in a child body,with the professor,and taking care of the DB like she does now.Not to mention that she currently is living a second childhood,I think she enjoyed it enough.

I'm serious,I saw some people who doesn't like Ai because she supposedly has feelings for Conan.So instead of just hating on the Coai couple they hate Ai as a character,which is really dumb(the same thing goes for Ran,some people doesn't like her because they hate Shinran). That's the idea I was trying to explain. Anyway I never was a big fan of Ran or the Shinran couple,I never really find it interesting,but I don't think Ran is overrated,especially in the current chapters of the manga,there aren't many moments focused on Ran,she's barely involved in the BO plot. I think her Karate abilities aren't really realistic,but she's a nice character,I just wish she could be more than just Shinichi's girlfriend who's waititng for him.I sometimes feel like her only role,the only character development she has is about her love for Shinichi.I personally want Ran to show more of herself without Shinichi being mentionned.

I think Okiya can use both of his hands,exactly like Akai,even if he's left handed.
