That's a simple game I got from another forum and thought it could be fun here too lol. Don't hesitate to be imaginative (even if what you say is far from the truth or surreal ) I'll start: You know you're addicted to Detective Conan when: - you skip classes to watch episodes on the internet! - you start (or try to) create your own gadgets - you imitate somebody's voice to get whatever it is you want - you check out Conan's horoscope on a daily-basis to determine whether he'll end up with Haibara, Ayumi or Ran - you start challenging everything people say

Any word on when it'll be released? Does anyone have more information about it? Has anyone played the Japanese version by any chance? I hope it's as good as I expect it to be.

Do you prefer the manga or the anime? Are there any substantial differences between the two? Or are they more or less equivalent?

That's an interesting view indeed. Even though this may be considered bad luck, I guess we, the audience, are the lucky ones since we get to watch an awesome story out of it.

I would say so. It's always good to be able to pinpoint the episode in which an important character was introduced. I flagged them. Thanks. ^^

The Saint Seiya OST

I've only watched the first 2 so far. So for now, I also prefer the 2nd movie. We learn also a lot about the characters (mainly Kogoro and Eri). I'll probably check out the 3rd movie this week-end. I'll let you know then if I have a new favorite.

I agree regarding Ai Haibara. She's also one of my favorite. I like that "mysterious" aura she emanates. She's also the other "smart" kid along with Conan. They make an interesting pair together. Her background's pretty hardcore too. And true, that nonchalance attitude of hers is fun (and funny).

Yeah, the subs are much better. I actually also watched the French dubbed version of the series (they dubbed it till around ep 150 or so the last time I checked it out). It wasn't too bad I must say. I've only watched a few episodes in English, but yeah I still prefer the subs in the end. So, how far are you in your "revisiting-the-World-of-DC" quest? lol P.S: I activated the links you submitted. Just like on the Anime thread, post your top 5 Mangas (or more) and why they're that good! I'll start: 1. GTO (the manga is actually longer than the anime. Great storyline) 2. Death Note (I actually read the manga before the anime and loved it) 3. One Piece (I prefer the manga over the anime. Tends to be more detailed) 4. Slam dunk (a manga about basket ball sounds weird but it's actually pretty good. Good character design and storyline. I couldn't stop reading once I started lol) 5. Naruto (who doesn't know that one?)

Eminem - Lose Yourself

Ever wondered which good Animes you might be missing on? Well, what about sharing our favorites Animes of all time with each other? That would be a great way to let others know what other Animes out there actually rock (or we think rock)! Also mention why you like them. It's always interesting to read what people actually think about an Anime and what they like about it. I'm only asking for your top 5 to keep it simple but feel free to post more than 5! No worries there. I'll start: 1. GTO (awesome storyline and characters) 2. Death Note (it's incredible how many twists this show has. You always end up surprised by what happens next) 3. Detective Conan (mm, why why why? - no seriously, it has a good storyline and I always like watching Conan make those crazy deductions hehe. DC could be compared to Death Notes at times from the way those guys think and predict/deduce things) 4. One Piece (it may not look like it but the storyline is pretty deep - plus it's fun watching pirates make their own rules and break others!) 5. Hunter X Hunter (another great show with a good storyline. Just like Death Note, you never know what's gonna happen next) As you can see, I'm a sucker for good storylines. I get bored too easily with cheesy ones... (unless it's a short series: 26 eps max)
