1 pointHi everyone. So I really did cover Hoshi no Nagareru Yoru Ni. The song is from Special A, episode 19; the part where Megumi climbs up a long flight of stairs to sing for Yahiro. It's a very nice song. Oh yeah - I made the video myself. Yes, my video-making skills suck. Yes, I should've gotten my sister to make it for me (even though I'm currently on bad terms with her and I made the video faster than she makes hers - and her spelling too :V ) The pictures were either screen shotted or found off Google Images. The Link that everyone has: Link Better version: Link Please Subscribe/Like/Comment/Favorite/Share the video!

1 pointAs much as that is true, we don't know what is on paper. A smart lawyer would say that she was making another drug for a different purpose and she mistakenly made a poison that was perverted by the organization that she was basically forced to join, citing the consequences of leaving (murder of her sister), and that she only continued to work for the org to protect her sister which failed, at which point she tried to kill herself with the very poison they forced her to test after mistakenly stumbled upon. Not only that, but she has already left. She doesn't tell Kudo things, in all likelihood, to protect him from an organization that he has no hopes of beating at the current time. Also... There are other purposes for trying to incite apoptosis... Hell, she could make the argument that she was trying to make a new cancer drug to target growths and incite apoptosis. When the org found out that a non-targeted version could kill, they forced her to concentrate on that. Not only that... But scientists doing research are rarely if ever tried for murder. If that were true then the scientists who worked on WMDs would have been arrested for war crimes. Or the scientists who weaponized certain diseases would have been arrested for murder as well. Their intent was surely to kill, and in mass numbers through biological warfare. There are reasons why they aren't. Because doing research for knowledge can be taken several ways. Unless the scientists actively did trials on humans (which they didn't as far as I know, but they were involved in the investigation of whether or not it killed Kudo, but that could have been theoretically out of their control and forced to investigate), all they can prove is that the scientists were creating a new powerful rat poison. Combine all of that with the fact that she defected and became an enemy of the BO, the FBI or any other agency would be more likely to cut her a deal in exchange for her testimony against the BO.

1 pointHiya~! I drew Haibara and Akako today and outlined them. To be honest these two didn't take as long as my normal pictures :l Probably because I didn't color em' anyway...I doodled Haibara because I realized I lacking pictures of her. And then today I watched the Magic Kaito Special No.4 and Akako looked great so I drew her ^^ Haibara Akako (Sorry about her cloak it didn't come out as good as I thought, I suck at clothing and folds XP) I'm going to find time on the week end to use this one computer software to edit them and make them more 'computerized picture' looking-ish. Hard to explain Dx ... You'll see on Sunday or late at night on Saturday what I mean

1 pointI was damn sure that someone will reply in that way! I was referring to this particular case, Lia likes(maybe) singing..but someone demoralised her putting (wait thats not a word, but my grammer is aweful) negetive comments.. I would continue to sing, becasue i like it.. and for myself, i wont stop singing..(and ofcourse try to improve by finding the mistakes). But i wont stop singing! Thats the point..simple and effective!

1 pointI did some thinking about why Okiya (assuming he is Akai) would suddenly step up his protection of Ai after Sera appeared assuming Sera is his sister and also not a bad guy or part of the Black Org. Here are events from Okiya’s perspective: We know he's been tapping the Agasa house, at least since recently. Discussions about Sera that took place in Agasa’s house in the same vicinity as the overheard conversation include. 771 pg 10: Conan talks about how Sera seemed to know about him ahead of time. Haibara said “Then, that detective named Sera knew both your name and that you were a detective?” Conan confirms this but points out Sera seemed to throw the case on purpose for some reason. Haibara then began yelling that it was bad to use Kudo’s voice in front of someone suspicious like Sera. Conan then says Sera feels familiar and doesn’t feel like an enemy. 772 pg 4: Conan mentioned that Sera was involved with the current case and is over at the Mouri detective agency. Sera may be using an alias because her family name isn’t Akai. Okiya may not recognize it via listening device. (Though it could be possible Akai is using the alias or "Sera" has become the Akai family witness protection name) I also assume Akai would recognize Sera in person -- that is she isn’t using a disguise or drastically changed her appearance. Later, Okiya saw Sera outside of Agasa’s house talking with Mitsuhiko and Genta while looking up at it. I assume Okiya had been watching her. I also assume Okiya can’t hear what they are talking about. So why the extra protection? Five possibilities occurred to me: #1. Okiya can't be sure Conan and Haibara's Sera person that he overheard the discussion about via listening devices was in fact the person talking to Mitsuhiko and Genta. If Sera has been using an alias, this makes sense. #2. Okiya couldn't be absolutely sure if that person was his sister and not someone in disguise, #3. and even if that person was his sister, he couldn't be sure that she wasn't being watched or, #4. unaware of the danger of the Org, he is worried she might accidentally do something that would endanger Haibara and Conan's covers. #5. He thinks his sister may attempt a direct confrontation with either Haibara or Conan. He’s trying to head it off. #1: Okiya would want to step in because this means there could be someone threatening Conan's identity. #2: Okiya has already seen someone disguising as Akai wandering around town, so keeping that in mind, perhaps if someone in the Black Org has done some digging and found out about Akai's family, that person could be using their appearance to try to lure him out and gather information. I am specifically thinking Okiya suspects Vermouth, who knows about Conan and Haibara and might think they helped Akai fake his death and is trying to dig for info. I assume Okiya can't hear the conversation through the window, so he doesn't know what Sera is up to, only that she appeared in front of the Kudo residence all of a sudden and is talking to the DBs. #3 & #4: Sera probably came over on her own accord, and not knowing the danger, may not have taken proper precautions against making sure the BO don't find out who she is. Okiya is worried that something may have already happened. #5: This would imply Sera is very certain of her deduction or else her methods aren’t very subtle. I’m not sure if she thinks this strategy would work although she did want to meet Conan at the beginning of the Mouri agency hostage case. Also if he thinks Sera is going to do such a thing, he must also realize that the way he is following the DB isn’t exactly subtle and may put him on her radar. I still feel somewhat unsatisfied with this. I think more info on Sera or what Okiya knows is needed.

1 pointQuick throw into the theories... (Though I do think she is an ally and more than likely to be related to Akai, I do think that is a bit too generic and predictable. So I'll put a theory that I want to see in the hopes of making it a bit more interesting...) If we assume that she is not Bourbon (there is no evidence to support that, plus Bourbon is made to seem much older, at least that is how I see it). It would be interesting if she were Bourbon's protégées, and was sent in to Teitan as an agent of the BO and to specifically befriend Ran, who is connected to the two most famous detectives, Mouri Kogorou and Kudo Shinichi. There is also a chance she was sent to investigate Conan Edogawa since he seems to be behind a lot and can stand toe to toe with Kaitou Kid. She already seems to have some information on Conan, and it is likely that she has information on Kudou as well. She could have easily been with Bourbon in America for this time to prepare for this mission and trained in JKD to get close to Ran, or to be able to fight with her in a way that Ran would not be able to defend against in case anything went wrong. I mean it seems like an enormous coincidence that they met on the bus, that she knew who Conan was as well as Ran. She had to have gotten her information from somewhere and the most likely place is from Bourbon and the BO. Reasons why I do not think it would be Akai and the FBI giving information: 1) FBI agents tend not to share information on current assignments with family members, in fact I'd bet they are forbidden to, in the fear of information leaking. 2) Even though Akai could have sent her a message as his last words to her, he doesn't strike me as the type of person who'd do that, as he would likely know that his sister would chase after him 3) She seems a bit young and childish to be an FBI operative... Granted, she could be just a really good actress.

1 pointThe pressure was there, but I think she did the research out of her own genuine interest and desire. I think what Carpetcrawler said about "if at one point her heart was dark enough that she could've done things to people and felt no remorse, IE. testing dangerous chemicals on un-willing test subjects." was probably true. She grew up in the Organization, so it makes sense that her perspective was warped because she was groomed for this from a very young age. She was very close to testing the APTX on Numabuchi.I definitely think she could be prosecuted. Murder is unlikely as she never directly tested her poison on anyone (although she was very close to doing so with Numabuchi), but being an accomplice/accessory to crimes yes.
