Megumi Hayashibara (林原 めぐみ Hayashibara Megumi?, born March 30, 1967 in Kita, Tokyo) is a seiyu, singer, and writer.

In Detective Conan, she is the voice of Ai Haibara/Shiho Miyano. She also voices Elena Miyano from episode 953 onwards, and Akako Koizumi from Magic Kaito only in episode 219 and OAV 1. One of the most famous voice actresses in the world, she has performed the theme songs for many anime, even a few she did not star in.
