The culprit is Isuzu Naomura. The victim destroyed her family's café by critizing it on his blog and her parents committed suicide because of it. While the quality of the food did get worse, Isuzu was enraged that the victim had claimed to be a regular customer of the café, but didn't seem to know her when they first met, meaning that he never ate at the café and just based his review on gossip. It turns out that the secret trip to Kyoto is a field trip with the school.

Trivia

• The Part 1 of the episode had one of the trucks of Cheetah Delivery Service appear which had already appeared in many cases starting from Sweet and Cold Delivery Service.
• The Police car outside is a Toyota Crown Sedan [S200] 2012. The license plate number is 新宿 800, は 23-86 (Shinjuku 800, Wa 23-86).
