Resolution

<spoiler>The real target is Gyosuke Shimomura, not Yukio Kanzaki. And the culprit who kills Kanzaki is Katsumi Udagawa. Udagawa doesn't take off his coat because the backside's colour of the coat is yellow - the colour of the culprit's coat and his trouser's backside is red - the colour of culprit's trouser. And he uses his underwear to be a hood. He puts the cathartic into Kanzaki's tea so Shimomura must be the Beikapon so he can kill Shimomura.
