Silver bullet is a recurring nickname in Detective Conan. Depending on the context, it a description for people with potential to destroy the Black Organization, a miraculous solution that cuts to the heart of a difficult problem, or an item that destroys evil.

Elena and Atsushi Miyano used the nickname for a drug they developed that is closely related to or actually is APTX 4869.
