Situation

Riding in a taxi driven by Kogoro-superfan Genki Ishikawa, Conan and Kogoro travel to Furai City to attend an event organized by the city. They had supposedly been recommended to be special guests of the event by Megure, but Megure himself denies any knowledge of this. Megure adds that, recently, a series of mysterious jewel robberies have occurred in the metropolitan area...

Man B is the one behind the serial robberies, he hid the jewels stolen into a container of a frozen foods factory in Furai city, so he can smuggle them in the form of the "factory’s products". The recent robbery in which nothing was stolen acts as a diversion for Megure, while the event Kogoro is invited acts as a diversion for the great detective. Meanwhile, he and his elderly robbers perform a distraction so that group of thieves C can take the jewels container easily without the interference of the police. And once the elderly group gets caught, he will fake his heart attack to have the police sent to the hospital and he will have some space to control the container with his 4 drones.
