Victims: Satomi Amari (deceased) and Naoko Shimamura (hospitalized)

Method: Poisoning using snake venom
Suspects: Kyoka Kasai, Ryuichiro Mita, and Shunsuke Yumemura
The two ladies began to writhe in pain and suddenly collapsed after consuming the drink, with one having passed away.
Ran tries to contact Shinichi Kudo for help solving the case, while Ayumi calls Conan. However, none of their calls are answered, as Conan (and therefore, Shinichi) is busy fishing with Professor Agasa. It seems the girls will have to solve the case on their own.
The police begin to interrogate people who were nearby when the incident occurred, as usual.
