Takaya Hashi (土師 孝也 Hashi Takaya), born September 8, 1952 in Tokyo as Takaya Kato (加藤 孝也 Katō Takaya), is a Japanese voice actor formerly affiliated with Seinenza Theater Company.
In Detective Conan, he voices James Black (previously voiced by Iemasa Kayumi) and Jun Omura. He also voices Lucufer in Magic Kaito 1412 and Jubei Yagyu in Kenyuu Densetsu Yaiba.

Biography
Takaya Hashi was born in Tokyo and graduated from Tokyo City University Junior and Senior High School for his secondary studies. He then went on to study drama at the Toho Gakuen College of Drama and Music. He was then recruted by the Seinenza Theater Company, who produces stage plays in Tokyo[1]. Hashi then became a voice actor, and also took part in TV dramas. He is known for taking over the roles of many dead voice actors like Iemasa Kayumi, Unsho Ishizuka, Seizo Kato, Shinji Ogawa and Yoshisada Sakaguchi. In 2020, he became president and CEO of apte pro, a voice actor agency.
His hobbies are to cook, sing and play the guitar[2]. His blood type is B.
On August 27, 2025, he passed away from a heart attack at the age of 72.
