Don't Give Up (負けんなよ Maken'na Yo) is the 1161st chapter of the manga of Detective Conan. It was written by Gosho Aoyama, drawn by him and his assistants and first released in Shōnen Sunday #20/2026 on April 15, 2026 and will presumably be reprinted as part of Volume 109. It was released in English by Viz Manga on the same day under the name Don't Lose.

Plot
Sherry's Soliloquy
Sherry's Soliloquy (シェリーのひとりごと Sherī no Hitorigoto) is a collection of comments Gosho Aoyama has Ai Haibara say on the official Detective Conan website, Conan News Agency (こなん通信社 Konan Tsūshin-sha) in the course of every new chapter's publication. Since February 2026, following the termination of the website's activity, they have been moved to @sherry_conatsu on X.

Animal Crossing Promotional Hints
With every new chapter, players can receive these hints written by Gosho Aoyama in Animal Crossing: New Leaf and Animal Crossing: New Horizons by interacting with four characters named Spade (スペード), Heart (ハート), Diamond (ダイヤ), and Clover (クローバ), who appear in Gosho's Dream Town. Ever since April 8, 2024, the hints update for New Leaf has ended, following the discontinuation of online services for the Nintendo 3DS.

Trivia
- The cover of Shonen Sunday #20/2026 features Naeko Miike, Shukichi Haneda, Ran and Sonoko. When placed beside the previous issue’s cover, Shukichi and Kazunobu appear to be handcuffed to Yumi and Naeko, respectively, using two long pairs of hand cuffs. Meanwhile Ran, and Sonoko can be seen standing behind Taiko Meijin, peeking at the handcuffed couples. This is the second of two covers to promote the current case, along with the cover of Shonen Sunday #19/2025.
