I just wonder. From the good guys if you have to choose, who did you will kill?

Mmm of the good guys? I'd probably choose, for a plot twist or something of the sort, Heiji to die. He's great though, and it would be a real loss, but it would really stir things up, ffff

I agree as if my memory servEs me right, it was conformed by officer Takagi that the fingerpront of the burnt corpse and the fingerprint of shuichi akai on conan's phone were the same.

Well, I personally don't think the "fingerprint" is from Shuuichi Akai. I mean, the guy (I forgot his name) from the black organization who died also touched conan's phone when conan's trying to identify who's from the BO (Black Organization) trying to find Rena Mizunashi (the CIA agent) back in the hospital. Because we don't know where the OB guy's corpse has gone and how the FBI got rid of it, so maybe Shuuichi dump that corpse on his car and left the "arm" on the car just before the car explode. Also, when Takagi "confirmed" that the "fingerprint" is from a male, he didn't mention the "name" of that person's, he said "yeah, it's his", and Judy thinks that it's "Shuuichi's" for sure even without bothering to ask for the name.

Hmmmm... Interesting, I've never thought of that and may be true. But how do you explain the fact that Shuu was shot on his lungs and head?

Possibly, he wasn't shot directly in the head or directly to the lungs, as it didn't really show where on the head he was shot, just him falling back, blood, and where her gun was aimed, didn't get to see much more than that. It's difficult to determine exactly by sight as well as to where the bullet landed in his chest. With Rena, it's possible she could make it seem like that--after all, she is of CIA as well as the Organization, and they do seem pretty capable, especially with the FBI Shuu being the target.

Still quite the controversial subject. I doubt that what was said by Judie Sensei is true about his loss of memory--though maybe he did lose his voice or just was hiding it in the bank robbery episode--as he seemed to be able to zip right out of sight again after saving Conan. The sneaky fellow could and probably is very much alive, just keeping secretive--as that's one person I'm sure Gin wouldn't forget being dead under his watch.

Is it possible that Rena used a paint bullet? If you said that Gin should know about it then. My answer will be,"Gin saw the scene through a camera. As Hakuba stated at vol 31, ketchup looks like blood through camera"

Perhaps so--that would be an interesting yet simple way to fool the Organization. However... I'm not sure if that type of pistol (if any type) could actually hold paint gun bullets -- though perhaps modified?
