  1. Really?! OMG He's a genius... Im having an inferiority complex now >__< *goes to corner and buries face in soil*
  2. OMG... What just hit me? I think Im interested in Science now... O__O What the...

      Hahaha

@Pipichan: Sorry for comparing... I just... can't help it... >__<

      @Ryuu: Thanks >__<

@KKLT: Yeah, you might as well stop comparing yourself to others. When I compare myself to Twin (IU), Chelsea, Aeyra, Cammy, or anyone, I always seem to like a speck of dust in comparison, and it depresses me for weeks on end. So I learned to stop. I've accepted the fact that they're better than I am, but I'm sure I have my own strengths and so do you. :)

  3. Read up about it... Ah... xrays... >__< Something to do with alpha and beta and gamma ray and decay... hahahaha *faints*
  4. *checks up Schrödinger equation* OMG. What the **** is that?! O___O Why do you even learn that?! You're in Chemical engineering!
  5. I think I can consider myself pretty okay with calculus. Maybe not the best, but still okay... IMO. Hmmm... Up til now, it sounds pretty simple still... (Or is it because it is detective Rohit doing a pretty good job of explaining?) *Wonders what grade is Detective Rohit in now?* You should be a teacher Somehow... Im starting to like this topic <3
  6. Niels Bohr said, "Anyone who is not shocked by quantum theory has not understood it." LOL I should put this in the quote section
  7. I do know calculus. :V And I have actually read up about atomic physics. Ohhhhh... Shell model is something like they move around in shells, like 2 8 8 8? But orbital = random movement?
  8. I wish I could know more about Science.
  9. Hahaha fine fine. Don't explain to me. I know the simpler ones already XD
  10. Work function is the minimum energy required to eject a delocalised electron. And maximum kinetic energy of an ejected electron will then use the function k = hf - workfunction right? So this is the photoelectric effect? EDITS: What is the orbital model? O__O and what is the shell model?
  11. O.o *hides*
  12. You guys were asking what we should write here~
  13. So its something like, a packet of energy is thrown at an electron and it will be absorbed and then emitted?
  14. Erm... someone teach me the 8 planets in our solar system! And teach me what is our galaxy called~ Should be easy enough~
  15. LOL *hides*
  16. Optics? What's that? Reflection and Refraction? Something like that?
  17. Don't worry~ About me forgetting everything~ Its pretty interesting as of now~ So what is E=hf used for? :V
  18. I agree~
  19. So they are only used in theories~ When we learn about energy, we learnt that they are waves. When we come to photons, they turn into packets of light~ :V Amazing
  20. Do you want to explain the theory of relativity? I know him because of e = mc2 energy = mass x speed of light~ (Don't really understand what it meant by packets of light) Energy has always been separate from mass. This is one confusing law. hahaha
  21. How am I naughty?!?! LOL
  22. Ah I remember Boyle and Aristotle... XD How about the rest?
  23. Hmmmm... I forgot. I do bad at remembering names. I will probably only remember their laws. I did well in remembering Einstein's and Newton's. I don't think I can remember the rest unless you remind me Of course. Science is ever changing. One moment they can tell you that a chemical is good for your body, the next moment they proved otherwise. Everything in Science is based on assumptions. (Assuming that air resistance is negligible, assuming that energy is conserved...etc.) There are so many other factors that affect Science. There are also some contradicting aspects in Science. (For example, some say light is energy, some say they are thrown out in packets of matter...) But without the laws and theories in Science as basis, we wouldn't be able to continue and make so many other discoveries which we use today. Even though Science may not be absolute truth, we still have to learn and understand them. Whether or not you think they are lies or not, they will have to decide for themselves.
  24. I win again.
