Shalala itsuka kitTO,though it's from Naruto OP....(i don't know where it is)but it's titled Hotaru no Hikari(ホタルの光) it depends on the explanation,though "と" is a used for quoting... it is used as "if,when,and & with... I have many learned from "TO" letter...^^
