Oh, I've totally forgot about her, until I've read your status and watched the ending again. Well, I can't say that I'm not interested in knowing who's she at all but, I didn't really think about it either.

It's just some chicks the ed director cooked up to pander to the desires of fans who wish they were in DC. I guess maybe the anime only peeps thought she was relevant because of the history of ops ruining upcoming characters. Irrelevant. Case Closed.
