FUNimation did the episode dubbing but they stopped at episode 130 (in their dubbed version)... They didn't even get up to Ai's first appearance, or Akemi's death, for that matter. Viz just does the manga files.

Yeah, the FUNimation dub was discontinued a while ago. They stopped right before a huge turning point in the series.

That is bad. DCTP was an important part in the anime to us. Maybe for Viz, it was a lot of work to translate both manga and anime series so chose one.
