They've got a little detective on their trail that knows quite a bit about them when Conan is yet to figure out KID's identity. Conan has Anokata's email. That's far more than he has about KID. No, it would not. The greatest criminal can be determined in a number of ways based on people's opinions. If they prefer a criminal who can virtually get away with any heist, can successfully steal ladies hearts and has "stayed on the run" for more than 10 years over people who repeatedly commit worse crimes than so be it. If they prefer quantity over quality- then that's the way they'll vote. No, it is not favoritism. And once again, that is your opinion. And that is not true. That's very stereotypical, actually. I could say the same thing about the people who voted Gin or Anokata.

But that may be why some people favorite him. In order to be a criminal you do not have to be "the worst". The law does not dictate good or bad. The law tells us what we are and are not allowed to do. They would answer the BO because they are more EVIL- which means they are the worst.

When you favorite a criminal you'll typically favorite them out of all of the other criminals because....? :)You'll favorite them because you think they are the greatest criminal. That COULD be a way some people are determining this. That is your opinion, that he is not the greatest. Just because you have that opinion does not mean he does not deserve a spot up there. He is a criminal- a famous one- and therefor has a spot. You cannot say based on your opinion that KID should not be there. (People like me, neh? As I said before... I am saying that OTHERS will judge it that way- not myself. :grin: )

But the argument is that KID doesn't deserve a spot up there or any votes. He does. People are voting their favorite criminal- who they think is the greatest. KID has a place here, he has votes and he deserves them. Just because people prefer a cool phantom thief that has stolen millions yet chooses to give it all back over cold-blooded killers doesn't mean that he shouldn't have the most votes. So what if it isn't his career? He's still a criminal. That means we can compare them. He's here to stay- and currently has the most votes, too. XD

Going off of what has been figured out by aika I tried to work it out by the letters 0 has. 0=zero Well One, three, eight, and eleven all have letters that are located as the second letter in the word while Twenty has Y in last place. Zero has e, which it has in common with five, in its second place while the last letter it has is o, which it has in common with four. But that wouldn't make them equal. As I said before. I was thinking WAY too deeply. XD

I don't think I agree with the AyumixConan article. I'd have no problem with them stating that he "doesn't return her feelings"... if they said that on the AixConan one. The only canon couple with Conan is ShinRan, so I don't think it's really fair that the AixConan page doesn't have "but he doesn't return her feelings" written in their summary. Is this the right place to ask about that? :oops:

Yes. Being the greatest criminal does not mean you're evil. It means you break the law. He's flashy and cool when he breaks the law, makes fantastic magical get-aways and still a fantastic person moral-wise. To me, that means he's a great criminal. Anokata is very unoriginal. VERY. His very character has been used over and over again in almost every video game, anime, cartoon, comic book or bed-time story known to man. SHOULD HAVE. But he wasn't. And that's not true. He hides who he is very well. By not cancelling heists on important dates to Kuroba Kaito and seemingly being in two places at once they probably wouldn't think to connect him- especially if they're blinded by "No, he's Kaito. We can trust him." since he's close to them. And Kaito KID could very easily disguise as somebody else. They've already COVERED their suspicion of Kaito being Kaitou KID. He made it SEEM like he was in two places at once, in case you forgot. XD For all intents and purposes CONAN should be the one figured out. Anokata may be the most evil, but that doesn't make him the best criminal.

Keep in mind, it says Greatest Criminal- not most evil. Kaito KID, when not facing off against Shinichi, is actually a very smart thief and quick too as all magicians need to be. I'm pretty sure he, while based on a character, does not not have the same personality and when you put that together with the other positive things it makes him far more original than a "head of an evil organization that remains unknown to the world until further notice". I'm not that big of a Kaitou fangirl- I prefer Heiji. But Kaito deserves those votes as much as Anokata and Gin do.

Oh well, it makes those of us who learn Japanese all the more unique. I refuse to learn Spanish BECAUSE it's WAY too common. Spanish is too easy to learn if English is your first language. That's why I chose.... latin, I think? XD.... in high-school. I've got nothing against Spanish- but I'd prefer to learn something less common. :grin:

I'm not trying to change your opinion, but AyuCon is by no standards impossible. When has he showed interest in Shiho? ^^' I can't name any times I've ever seen him show any real interest in her. But he has been hinted to have feelings for Ayumi by Gosho throughout the story. If AyuCon was impossible, why would Gosho feel the need to write him grabbing her shoulders and things like that? Why would he feel the need to further drag out Ayumi's feelings and stress them like he does in episode 313? Haibara herself has never shown any real sign of interest while we know for a fact Ayumi has. :grin: Haibara has even teased Conan about having feelings for Ayumi before, as seen in my signature. :smile:

I'm thankful for DCW, for providing my entertainment when everybody is doing their own thing while waiting for dinner to be done.

I'm thankful for the bonding moment I have with my mom every year when we bake for thanksgiving day. I'm thankful for the family tradition of watching football with a drink in your hand. XD I'm thankful for the love and care of my family as we all cut down into the Pumpkin pie! :grin:

It's only 10 years age difference. 10 years age difference would slowly disappear as they grow older. What is the difference between a 30 and a 40? A 40 and a 50? Not to mention we don't KNOW Ai's real age. For all we know it could be a bigger difference than 10. No, ShinShi would not be any better than AyuCon could be in that way if we have no way to determine her real age. XD lol

Is it weird that when I feed my cat I'll hold the different cans in front of her and ask her which one she wants? Sh'ell usually sniff one and nudge the other and that's how I determine it.... Is that a normal thing to do? XD LOL

I kinda dislike Shinichi. ^^' He is sort of a jerk. XD Conan has the DB and a "big sister" and two loving parents and police officers at his every beck and whim. XD In short I think Conan has grown while whenever he's Shinichi he seems to just kinda... forget what he's learned as Conan. (I'd prefer it if he never WENT back to Shinichi, actually. ^^') I don't want funny, either. The DB are his friends and they'd cry if Conan just up and left whether they knew he was Shinichi or not. He's making the conscious decision to leave them and if I were in their position even if he DID try and "be my friend" after he left like that I'd give him the cold shoulder. It'd just be... insulting. That's why I'll be outraged if Gosho doesn't separate Conan and Shinichi.

I know but it just wouldn't be the same. To me, Conan is their friend, not Shinichi. XD

Both of my parents were just fine with it growing up. In fact, most of my dad's friends were into anime and manga as well. My mom knows/knew practically every anime I've watched and both of them always know what anime I'm currently into. However, my dad always seemed to walk in while I was watching AMV's when it got to something like Honey Flash. T_T Good thing he always just laughed his butt off and went to go tell my mom "Do you SEE what she's WATCHING? XD".
