The problem is that World History IS boring to me, while I get to enjoy the science and demographical aspects of geography. Government doesn't interest me too much either.

I'm pretty neutral about social studies. I like world geography more than world history though.

*attempts to revive an even older topic* I definitely hate english class (I believe there will be little improvement from where I am right now as a writer to where I'll be in the next few years). I'm more of a math/science guy; I love chemistry, physics, and algebra the most.

The series had so much potential to be popular in the U.S, but was put to waste in the end due to the poor advertising and mismanagement like you've stated, and believe it or not, the Americanized names had a role in the show's downfall as well (critics found it pointless to change the characters' names), which overall resulted in low ratings in America.

Yup, the highest I've seen in the past two weeks was $3.89 per gallon.

Oh, my bad lol. I can get pretty heated, I guess you could say, in debates. And I'm wondering the same thing about the economy. I don't feel affected that much (except by gas prices of course).

Well whatever your opinion is, it shows the limits of powers between the Congress, Supreme Court, and the president and how they can "check" one another. I'm just saying how the president isn't responsible for laws that people are against (Legislative branch is responsible for making them, judicial branch is responsible for interpreting them). So I don't really care if you see it as useless, I'm trying to make a point (whether you believe the representation strengthens or weakens it).

Just because he is "Commander in Chief" doesn't mean that Americans should put all of the blame on the president for every problem we are encountering (even if he is responsible for some political or economic issues).

Today, I woke up late so I ended up being late to my morning college classes, but made it on time for my afternoon high school classes.

I wonder how chaotic it will be on December 21, 2012 despite the fact that nothing will happen.

I chose Ran and Sonoko due to their profusive, repetitive reactions to corpses (how many dead bodies do you have to see in order to stop screaming?). They are also dramatic when it comes to their love life. Ran is always emotional everytime she thinks or even speaks about Shinichi. On the other hand, Sonoko is overdramatic about boys half the time we see her, whether she is tranced by a boy or wrathful towards a boy due to rejection. I also chose Haibara mainly because of her constant monologues about loneliness and how terrible life is (though I still love her chilled and dark-humored personality <3). The only downfall to this poll is that you HAVE to select someone under "some more options..." or else the votes become invalid. In order to enter my votes, I had to select Yamamura, even though I didn't want to. Please fix!
