I know that already, I just think it's way too simple to assume that he is RUM because of that, Haibara being scared doesn't mean it's her BO sense, she might be scared because he looks scary and might be RUM, if it was her BO sense, she would tell Conan obviously and the whole thing will be clear and Conan will tell the FBI that Kuroda is probably RUM or something, besides Gosho said that RUM has appeared before, and that was before file 906, Kuroda appeared at file 913, unless Gosho is just trolling us with that statement or Kuroda appeared sometime before in disguise then Kuroda being RUM is not happening, besides it would be way too obvious and we know Gohso's style.

Hey, I just answered that with a wiki edit: Shuichi Akai figured out that Ai Haibara is Shiho Miyano sometime after he first noted her appearance in Contact with the Black Organization. In Secret of the Tohto Film Development Studio, Akai asks some FBI agents to surreptitiously photograph her. Akai then carries her photograph around in his truck in The Four Porsches case. He thinks aloud that her appearance is "too similar". It is confirmed that Akai had discovered Ai's true identity by the Showdown with Vermouth. Akai remarks that he is not willing to confront Haibara yet. Since the fake child identity "Ai Haibara" came into existence only very recently and had no direct interaction with Akai, he must have reasons related to his past with Shiho for him to feel unwilling to speak with her. It is uncertain whether he has told other FBI agents about this information. The reason Akai didn't figure out Conan was Shinichi sooner is because he didn't know about Shinichi. (He met Shiho before, so he had a head start on Ai's case.) He had to learn from Ran, Yukiko, and investigating the house as Okiya.

I'd rather not see Kid showing up for the final showdown, I didn't really like how he kinda "interfered" with the mystery train case...so yeah, I do hope it won't be the same thing with the final showdown since Kid isn't even a "DC character" in the first place (even though he's becoming more and more involved in it). Like MacGuffin said, it's okay if he shows up before but the final showdown should only have the main - main characters, in my opinion.

If Kuroda is a good guy and replaced Matsumoto on orders of the Secret Police, I wonder if he was moved there to pursue Rum or another problem. I assume Kuroda has a mission and needs to be in that position in order to watch or influence someone/something.

Just something I thought of when rereading the interview: How exactly does Sera know Conan is Shinichi? Is it just because of childhood memories? Could it be possible that in America, she met Eisuke ... Just thought about it because Gosho said in Q88: Q88: Won't Hondou Eisuke reappear again? A: Things will be interesting if he does! I mean, there's the Akai-Kir relation, so it would be possible that their younger siblings could have something that relates them to each other, too. Also, I think some questions weren't translated (but they're not very important, so that's probably why lol): Q46: Mitsuhiko's pretty bright. Is it because he used to be a third-year middle schooler and was shrunk by the BO? A: Nope! (laughs) Q49: How much does Takagi know of Conan being Shinichi? Or rather, what does he think of Conan? A: Well, he thinks that Conan is incredibly smart, but hasn't noticed anything else about him. Q57: Is it possible that Gin is actually a good guy? A: Impossible!
