As I started this a while ago, I've actually finished Ruby himself. (heh, heh) But I've still got his Pokemon to work on! I'll post it in in little 'steps' so you can see how I progressed and I'll give some tips on how I did it. (though... I've still got lots to learn...) 'kay, let's get started! Heiji and Kazuha's Awkward moment when Ran said "I know, you two are a couple!" *laughs* This one is finished. from the same Volume (19), this is File 6: The Fourth... something (I forgot.) This is still a sketch... bah, a lot of proportions are off..... and Heiji came out weird. O_o... Tons of sketch marks (if you can see them... bu it's worse in reality...).... still needs shade... I should start on characters other than Conan, and Haibara....

Well, it's done!! Its not that good though, the one who'll receive it may PM me to get the "uncolored" copy for him/her to color himself/herself(lol i'm being careful XD). It's a bit better than this one. And, the one who'll receive this is good at coloring!! so I hope YOU can improve it..*smiles

Oh, give me a break guys. I check this forum four times a day or so, and every time I go to the "view new content" button and see that there are 3-4 pages of new posts in there everytime I look. Maybe if people would actually look at threads other than the ones in the Off-Topic chatroom they wouldn't be complaining so much, since the complaint seems to really be "no one has responded to my chatroom post in the past twenty minutes" instead of "this forum is too quiet". To say that this forum is too quiet is preposterous. You want to see some quiet boards? Heck, ones dedicated to this fandom no less?

Shinichi has flaws. He is arrogant, overconfident, and doesn't tell his allies what he is thinking and in doing so hurts them and ruins his own plans. Haibara commented how he was choking others. His silence has backfired more than once. The most glaring was when he did not tell Agasa his suspicions about Vermouth, which resulted in Agasa inviting over Vermouth to treat Ai. If Jodie wasn't there, Vermouth may have tried to kill Haibara because Conan was out at the time and Vermouth had the opportunity. He never apologized either if I remember correctly. I still think Shinichi/Conan is annoying, especially because he never seems to learn from these mistakes (still not telling anyone about Scar Akai in the Bourbon arc!), but flawless he is not. I don't like Kaito much however, although that's mostly because I have disliked most of Kaitou Kid's recent cases (Pretty much all but the first three or so) rather than his character. Either they were stupid (GLASS pistols tricking people, WTH?), too easy (Kaito's teleportation), or g-ddamn wordplay (anything with thrice damned Kichiemon).

Ooh, ooh, ooh! Be an independent investigative journalist! Have a survey knowledge of everything, then start investigating into the corruption of governments and corporations using your detective skills (observe well, network to gain access to information, analyse your information to get to the problem and how to solve it), then publish your findings into the public through a major news network! This way you'll be like a spy/detective (I've read about many journalists who lead very exciting lives), but you won't be working for a private entity - instead you'll be working to empower the public! In fact I think that some CIA agents were journalists as their covers (though personally I hate the CIA)! Or you could become a researcher in some scientific field, or even in history - having a keen sense of observation and insight is valued in research. Sherlock Holmes himself expressed how he wanted to be a chemist sometimes, because he wished to investigate nature instead of humans.
