Plot

The gang heads to a snow kingdom, only to discover the governor has received a mysterious letter and a subway has exploded. The letter says if this case isn't solve soon, a bomb is going to go off every fifteen minutes. Can Conan stop this in time, and what is the reason why Ran is crying about Shinichi? Tick tock, Conan! He has to move quick or else time is up at the next Quarter of Silence!
