This section aims at much better organizing and structuring contributions to the wiki by focusing all of our efforts on specific tasks one at a time. This will not only make the whole process of adding content to the wiki less overwhelming (since Detective Conan is such a huge universe by itself) but it will also help direct new contributors towards current tasks at hand. And with proper direction, they won't be confused about where to start, what is being worked on, what still needs to be added, etc...

Of course, you are still free to make any other contributions you would like and follow (or not) this process at your own pace. The goal is really to simply propose a set of guidelines and tasks that we hope to be able to accomplish within a reasonable amount of time. We will also keep track of what's been done so that we can enjoy a real feeling of accomplishment as steps are taken and get completed. :)

To help present those tasks and guidelines, we'll be following the schedule below. If you would like to add items or propose changes to it, please feel free to voice your suggestions in the discussion page at the top. Thanks!

Schedule

The following should only serve as a guideline to reach a set of goals during a reasonable amount of time. You are in no way obliged to follow it. The main goal is to focus all (or most) of the contributors' attention on a specific task so that it gets more easily and quickly done (since we can discuss about the task at the same time and we're all on the same page -- literally speaking :P). To sum up: Team Work. ^_^

Periodic tasks

  • One episode per week (starting every Saturday) - frequency subject to change depending on possible discussion among contributors
  • Two chapters per week (starting every Sunday) - frequency subject to change depending on possible discussion among contributors
