Rikiya Koyama (小山 力也 ,Koyama Rikiya), born December 18, 1963, is a seiyu from Tokyo.

In Detective Conan he is the second voice for Kogoro Mouri, taking over the role after Akira Kamiya's retirement from the series. Prior to this he portrayed many one-time characters, most notably Ethan Hondou.
