Conan, Ran, Mouri and the detective boys were going to different tourist sites to look for a half-Japanese kid name Justin, who apparently took a piece of evidence when the thief accomplice bumped into him. When the thief try to take back the item, Justin interferef and got kidnapped and is now being held as a hostage.
