  Someone's stalking Yoko. She comes home to find her furniture rearranged, she get's blank envelopes with photos of her inside, and gets calls hearing a man breathing.

  They arrive at Yoko's Apartment and find a dead body.

  Inspector Megure arrives at the scene. The cause of death is the knife so Megure asks Yoko and Mr. Yamagishi if it's familiar to her.

  When Yoko and Mr. Yamagishi takes a closer look, Mr. Yamagishi slips. Conan realises that Mr. Yamagishi slipped onto the body on purpose and took something.

  Conan finds an earring and Yoko recognises as Yuko's, her rival so they bring in Yuko for questioning.

  Yuko admits she stole the spare key to find a scandal about Yoko and sell it to the tabloids.

  She came in today and that man followed her in and reached for her but she fought him off and fled.

  Yoko admits that she did know the victim, he was her high school boyfriend - but she didn't kill him.

  Conan thinks there's a vital clue missing and finds a dent in the floor.
• 
  Conan's solved the case but he can't say anything or else he'll give away his true identity. And Besides, nobody would listen to him as a kid anyway.

  He has a plan, he kicks an ash tray at Kogoro to knock him out and then use his voice changing bow tie to mimic Kogoro's voice and solve the case as Kogoro.
• 
  As Kogoro, Conan explains Mr. Fujie killed himself but framed Yoko to look like she'd killed him.
• 
  Mr Fujie turned the heater up, grabbed some hair from Yoko's brush, then standing on a chair took one last breath and jumped back onto the knife.
• 
  There's a dent on the floor made by the knifes handle on impact. The ice shattered into pieces and melted in the heat, explaining the moisture on the floor.
• 
  When Mr. Yamagishi saw the hair in Fujie's hand he thought Yoko had done it and took the hair to protect her.
