Plot
Some unknown man seems to believe Conan is in fact Kudo Shinichi lures Conan and the others (Mori, Ran, Tanteidan) to Yokohama. This man takes Ran and the Tanteidan as hostages (though they don't have a clue). In order to solve a mystery case, he calls upon multiple detectives and gives them a time limit in which to solve it. If the case is not solved within that time, bombs attached to the hostages will explode (including bombs attached to the detectives themselves). To thwart this villain Conan has help from Heiji, Kaito Kid, and Hakuba. Can they solve it before the bombs go off, and who could possibly be behind it? It's Conan's greatest challenge yet when he meets The Private Eyes Requiem!
