Jeckaan, better known online as Jecka or Jecka1021, is a retired AMV editor who is 1/4 of a year older than the manga, but only discovered the series in June 2011. She's been an avid fan since. She runs a news outlet with her significant other, called "Strict Algorithm," formerly "Weekly Shogakukan Edition".
