The two accounts have the same IP Address... which you seem to know nothing about what that is.  IP Addresses can be the same on separate computers.  Know why?  It is the number associated with the internet network connection, not the individual computers.  And if I were to humor you and believe it really was your sister (which I don't believe), that is still cheating to have an outsider come on and make an account, just so you can have your outcome.
