What's the difference?

Excuse me guys, is there any big difference between the anime and manga? Most of the stories are the same . Only the volume is different.

the biggest difference between the storyline of the anime and the manga, is that the anime has a lot of additional cases that don't appear in the manga, for better or worse

if you go to the "anime" page on the wiki, and look under the "manga source" column, the ones that aren't from the manga are listed as "tv original"

you're right about the movies, but actually several of the OVA's are either included in or are adaptations from the Magic Kaito manga

well some stories in anime isnt same with manga..... and also some stories in manga isnt same with anime......... I like manga better too, coz Shinichi looks more handsome in manga. :-? i think the character's ears in anime look bigger and it bothered me since i saw the anime for the first time. also when i watched a same story in anime i hv read it in manga,i wouldnt feel excited cos i know the culprit... (so i like it when the anime story/chapter is different from manga, and i love the movies too ^^)

Also the Detective Boys show up more in the anime than in the manga.....granted they show up a lot in both so I don't think that counts much.
