I think so... but they're pretty sure of the program. They are having it for 3 years, and then students will receive a new laptop for the next three years, I think.

I mean, where can I eat your family's dumplings? Well, the student's parents' companies pay for the laptops (HK$11,000) <-- discounted price. My parents pay from their own pockets.

If I open a dumpling shop in college, you're welcome to come by and taste them. Oh. In my school laptops are required but it can be MacBook or MacBook Pro.
