In HK, I go to Page One at Times Square to buy them... though they have the older volumes (like 20, 24, etc). Though it was where I got Volume 37.

I usually get comics from comics store, I'm avid reader from start after my aunt bought me volume 1 when I was young, buy them over time until latest volume. But all is in Chinese and I'm accustomed to it.
