"Me," the man said as he stared slightly at Misaki-chan. "You can call me Mark."
"I see," she replied as she stared back at him. "You know, you look very suspicious."
The words had come out of her mouth before she could stop them. Maybe it was her gut talking.
"Eh?" O____o;;;
She continued, "Well, I'm in a secret room in the basement of a hotel. 1)HOW did you find me if you don't work for this hotel, seeing how you aren't wearing the same clothes as everyone else who works here and 2)How did you open the lock?"
The guy said, "Well, I'm not in uniform because I just got off duty."
"I see. So where is it?"
"In my locker."
"Why don't you bring it home?"
"Too much of a hassle."
"I see... And the lock?"
"I picked it."
"With what?"
"This."
He held up a bobby pin. He informed, "I found it on the ground."
It must have been the one I had used. she thought. She asked, "Ok then. How did you find me? After all, I wasn't making any noise."
"I saw a suspicious person come from here. Since they didn't work here, I decided to check it out."
"After over two hours?
"You were there for two hours?" O___o
"Yes. I was. And I doubt that "suspicious person" would come back after putting me in there. You were the one who put me in here, weren't you?"
"..........No...."
"Liar. Now take off that make up so I can see your real face."
She reached for his face to rub off the disguise the man who had impersonated the girl, but he quickly grabbed her wrist. Misaki-chan began to struggle as she said, "Hey! Let go!"
The guy shoved her back into the room and closed the door. "HEY," she shouted as she tumbled back inside.
She could hear the door being locked and footsteps, gradually getting quieter and quieter. She muttered, "Great...." as she glared at the door. "Just~ great."
