Different Time Zones. Best time to be on at my place is around 12PM~8PM, 3AM~7AM most of the people are on at the time. In PST, IU gets on around 3~5AM, 10~11AM, and 9~10PM.... this makes sense if she is in EST(3~4 hours faster than PST)...
