Well, it is the weekend and most people are out. Plus, there are rarely those who will take in a random stray, especially if that stray hasn't been tested for shots, etc.

No, my dad won't let me. But the puppy seems to have been out there for quite a while... *sweatdrops* It's just me, Cure-kun. Chillax.

Yeah, it means sorry. No, I haven't found the owner, and I'm not sure what breed. It looks like a mix to me. It was tied to a pole and left with some food and the fur is wet, so it's been out there for a while. I'm pretty sure the owner doesn't want it or have the resources for it, but still cares for it and hopes somebody who does will find it.

I believe you could achieve the nonequal sign by pressing: Option + = ≠ <- that's your result I just found an abandoned puppy...
