I wouldn't write or rehearse a speech. People can tell when words sound rehearsed or practiced. Words should flow naturally, though also contain an amount of thought. They should also sound genuine. I suppose if she really needs to write it out ahead of time she could, but Chelsea should be able to say what she means without writing.

I'd talk to her in private and say that if she promised not to aggravate and complain or criticize too much, that you'd be happy to include her. However, at the same time, I'd make it clear that if she stirred up too much trouble amongst everybody, she would be kicked out. Later on, if she really did stir up trouble, I'd take a secret vote on whether or not to ask her to leave the group. Really, there's not much you can do.

First of all, "a lengthy page" is an exaggeration. I put everything in spoiler boxes and I did not tell you to read it. Second, this hardly feels like a polite way to respond during an apology. I don't know about you, but I'd try to be respectful to everyone--older than me or not. I like how you're using your apology to insult me. Finally...what does that have to do with it? I do believe you, but it doesn't support your argument in any way. We all know it wasn't. As DG said, we should stop arguing. Those are my last words (excluding my apology), feel free to rebuke me, criticize me, and downgrade me judging on them. Once again, I'm sorry if I offended anyone or hurt anyone.

Click on it and drag the Boycott Advance icon to your Desktop. Then open it and open FireRed with it.

Again, can't help you much right now. Double click the .dmg file and then go to your finder. Skim the left side for any plugins (things you can eject) and see if there's something called Boycott Advance.
